Our Team

Phillip Breckler, RA, NCARB, ICAA

Architect,

Phillip received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Ball State University before attending the University of Notre Dame. There he earned his Master of Architecture degree, specializing in classical architecture. At Design Collaborative, Phillip is heavily involved in the design and development of several projects as an architectural designer, with a special focus on religious initiatives.

Phillip has a passion for assisting communities, particularly faith-based, in their efforts to beautify their spaces. This has led to several opportunities to work with church leaders and congregations, listening to their aspirations, to develop a design based upon what is heard through conceptual drawings and renderings. He then works with contractors and craftsmen to turn these ideas into reality through construction drawings and specifying materials. He has projects in Indiana, Michigan, New York, and elsewhere.

When he isn’t in the office, Phillip loves spending time with his wife and two children – usually going on bike rides around the neighborhood, tending the garden, or exploring the woods on the family farm where he grew up.
