Chris Stine, AIA
Partner, Director of Architecture,

Whether from director roles in the areas of Technical Design, Architecture, and Design or from his daily activities as a Senior Project Manager, Chris shapes not only projects, but the creative direction of the firm itself. He brings both depth and perspective to every conversation, but what truly defines him isn’t the volume of work he’s touched; it’s the way he approaches it. He’s a big-picture thinker who thrives on possibility – always asking “What if”. He dives enthusiastically into each client’s current reality by first actively listening to understand, challenging current assumptions or directions, and ultimately uncovering opportunities that may not yet be visible. Chris thrives helping clients articulate what their dream really is and then builds the narrative to bring it to life.
His energy is contagious – making the design process engaging, collaborative, and even fun. Whether sketching early concepts or guiding a team through complex decisions late in the game, Chris keeps the story of the project at the center, ensuring every detail supports the larger vision.
