Rebecca Martin, RA
Human Resources Coordinator,
“I care about making sure people feel seen, supported, and connected in the work we do.”
Rebecca brings a unique perspective to her role, blending her background in architecture with her current role in human resources. Having started at DC as an intern, she understands the work from multiple angles, giving her a deep appreciation for both the people and the process behind every project.
Naturally warm and approachable, Rebecca has a gift for connecting with others and creating an environment where people feel welcome and valued. She plays a key role in bringing teams together, supporting staff, and helping maintain the strong, people-first culture that defines DC.
Passionate about the work happening across the firm, Rebecca approaches each day with positivity and a willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed. Whether she’s organizing behind the scenes or supporting team members directly, she helps ensure that both people and projects are set up to succeed.
