Kevin Scully is a senior leader in Design Collaborative’s Charlotte office. What sets Kevin apart is how he brings people into every step of the process—listening, understanding goals, and turning complex challenges into spaces that just work for the people using them.

He’s great at keeping everyone on the same page, making sure projects stay on track and deliver real value. Whether it’s improving daily experiences, creating flexible environments, or solving tricky design challenges, Kevin focuses on what matters most: making spaces that help people succeed, feel comfortable, and enjoy being there.
