She understands how to balance big-picture vision with the practical realities of cost, operations, and long-term impact, ensuring spaces not only function well but genuinely enhance the lives of the people who use them.

A natural collaborator, Janey first honed her leadership skills while working with a non-profit in rural Tennessee, where she learned the power of empathy, teamwork, and thoughtful problem-solving. She approaches every project with curiosity, creativity, and a hands-on mindset—whether developing a prototype concept, leading a multi-site rollout, or navigating a complex redevelopment.

Her passion for creating environments that improve daily life is evident in the spaces she designs—right down to the smallest detail to ensure accessibility and comfort.
