LaTanya is passionate about Human Resources because it gives her the opportunity to serve people every day, helping create a workplace where team members feel supported and valued. She is committed to fostering an environment where people feel seen through life’s biggest milestones, providing a trusted resource and safe space along the way.

At DC, LaTanya helps strengthen the firm’s culture by putting people first. She enjoys solving problems, celebrating wins alongside her teammates, and creating an environment where everyone feels connected, empowered, and able to do their best work.
