Mechanical Engineer,

Will believes the best engineering happens when people don’t have to think about it. As a Mechanical Engineer, he approaches every project with one goal in mind: creating spaces that are comfortable, efficient, and seamlessly support the people who use them every day. Whether it’s making sure hot water arrives when it’s needed or designing HVAC systems that quietly do their job, Will knows the smallest details often make the biggest difference.
Driven by curiosity, Will enjoys diving into the analysis behind every project, exploring ideas, asking questions, and collaborating with teammates to determine the best solution for each unique space. He believes the strongest designs come from listening first, remaining humble, and never assuming there’s only one right answer.
