Rebecca brings calm, clarity, and a touch of wit to her role. Drawing on a combined background in military service, mental health, and human resources, she approaches every challenge with poise, insight, and a focus on helping both individuals and teams grow. Rebecca makes HR approachable and even fun, finding ways to improve the DC experience for everyone, from new recruits to long-time staff. Whether it’s enhancing benefits, optimizing the workplace environment, or guiding people through new situations, she tackles every opportunity with ease and thoughtfulness. Rebecca’s blend of leadership, approachability, and creativity ensures that both people and the organization are set up to succeed.
