Kayla thrives in the ever-evolving nature of design work. She is energized by the diversity of each project and client, where no two challenges are the same and every space offers an opportunity to think differently. Her collaborative approach is rooted in curiosity and problem-solving. Kayla enjoys working closely with professionals across disciplines to translate complex needs into thoughtful, functional design solutions.
She is especially drawn to improving existing spaces, focusing on making them more efficient, accessible, and responsive to the people who use them. Kayla is excited about the future of design because of its constant evolution and the ongoing opportunity to learn and grow. At DC, she values a culture that encourages exploration, collaboration, and continuous learning across disciplines.
