Our Team
Ron Dick, RA, AIA, LEED AP
Partner Emeritus, Senior Architect,
Ron is a founding partner of Design Collaborative and leads our workplace and financial studio. He has over 30 years of professional experience as an architect. He has a passion for finding efficient and effective solutions and driving projects forward while building consensus among stakeholders. He is the ultimate point of accountability for our team’s performance. His experience is an asset to the team, particularly in the early, formative stages of a project.
Ron is a huge Jimmy Buffet fan and enjoys attending concerts in general. During Midwest lake season, you can find Ron blasting Mr. Buffet’s music (margarita in hand) from his pontoon while he perfects his berthing.
