Rebecca brings calm, clarity, and a touch of wit to her role. Drawing on a combined background in military service, mental health, and human resources, she approaches every challenge with poise, insight, and a focus on helping both individuals and teams grow. Rebecca makes HR approachable and even fun, finding ways to improve the DC experience for everyone, from new recruits to long-time staff. Whether it’s enhancing benefits, optimizing the workplace environment, or guiding people through new situations, she tackles every opportunity with ease and thoughtfulness.
