Kelsey serves as the Director of Engineering at Design Collaborative, where she leads the firm’s engineering studio with a people-first mindset. DC’s integrated, in-house engineering team allows the firm to deliver cohesive solutions and a seamless experience across disciplines. Kelsey is energized by this commitment to innovation—while recognizing that every solution begins with understanding the people it serves.

The firm’s think tank-style approach allows Kelsey to bring together her interpersonal strengths with her creative and analytical expertise. She keeps a close eye on emerging technologies and trends that shape how people interact with the built environment, ensuring that engineering solutions remain both forward-thinking and deeply human-centered. As Director of Engineering, Kelsey is helping guide the future of Design Collaborative—and the future is bright.
