This beautiful new space will be set up to serve members and employees with new technology and innovations. Fort Financial East and West BranchesUp next we have not one, but two new branches for Fort Financial Credit Union. The two retail branches are similar in scope and located in different parts of Fort Wayne to better serve members. The east branch located on Maplecrest and Saint Joe Center recently opened, with the west branch to follow in the spring of 2023. Both branches will have teller lines, offices, drive-thru services, and ATM access. |
ORNL Federal Credit Union Alcoa & Beardon BranchesFeaturing another branch duo for our project highlights, we have two new branch renovations for ORNL Federal Credit Union under construction, with Alcoa just completed, down in Tennessee. The updated branches will incorporate glass-walled conference rooms, private offices, and a new lobby design with teller pods for clients and members. Pioneer Appalachia Federal Credit UnionFounded on the principle of “people helping people,” Pioneer finds great value in providing the best experience for members. Warm, inviting materials on the interior and a welcoming team at the teller pod allows members to establish a personal connection. Members also have access to a drive-thru night deposit, ATM, and pneumatic tube system. |
Abound Credit Union Bowling GreenAs Abound Credit Union continues to grow and expand in its region, it continues to press forward as a leader in financial wellness while also increasing its brand visibility through emotionally charged brand storytelling. The new facility is located on the corner of a high-traffic part of town; the position of the building allows for high visibility from both streets and has easy access points for members. With the goal of becoming a go-to financial resource in their region, Abound Credit Union included teller pods in the building design to increase openness, security, and efficiency. The new location houses a welcome desk, private offices, conference/flex space, drive-thru service, and employee amenities. Each of these spaces provides new opportunities for a positive member experience while maintaining consistency with their current brand identity. |
