Green spaces, particularly green roofs, are becoming much more of a trend in urban areas. Green roofs are great resources for urban dwellers to enjoy the outdoors and natural elements in downtown areas, they can be large proponants of sustainability initiatives, and they are beautiful additions to the built environment. Design Collaborative has had the opportunity to design some of the largest green roofs in Indiana, including the University of Notre Dame Joyce Center green roof, and the Skyline Tower green roof in downtown Fort Wayne.
