Designed to seamlessly blend historical authenticity with modern engineering, The Auburn will replicate the original building’s aesthetic, featuring limestone exterior elements and incorporating preserved artifacts from its predecessor.
The project reflects an era-appropriate design while integrating contemporary construction techniques to ensure sustainability and longevity. The Auburn will offer commercial and retail spaces on the ground floor and residential units on the upper levels, including privately owned residences overlooking the downtown square. The design maintains Auburn’s cultural and historical significance.
