Teller pods allow for more interaction between customers and tellers. Instead of being separated by a wall, staff and customers can work together, creating a more personal banking experience.As financial institutions continue to grow and change as a response to technology and customer needs, the typical teller line is transforming into a tool to provide more efficient operations for employees and a more personalized experience for customers. A teller pod brings the walls down and invites a potential customer to take part in their banking experience with the teller. A teller pod performs all the typical services of a traditional teller line, but the modified layout has the added benefits of enhancing communication while still remaining secure and efficient. |
