Graduate Architect (CLT)

Design Collaborative is seeking an entry-level Architectural Graduate who is passionate about creating people‑first places. This role is ideal for a curious, creative, and solution‑oriented designer who enjoys owning their work, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and seeing projects through from concept to construction.

What You’ll Do
  • Contribute to projects from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration
  • Develop architectural designs, models, and construction documents using Revit, CAD, and BIM tools
  • Collaborate with internal design team and consultants to deliver integrated, high‑quality solutions
  • Present design ideas to clients, contractors, and colleagues
  • Partner with Project Managers to meet design goals, schedules, and budgets
  • Participate in client meetings, project coordination, and on‑site construction observations
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NCARB‑accredited program
  • 0-3 years of professional architectural design experience
  • Prior internship or professional commercial design experience in one or more of the following markets preferred: Education, Workplace, Financial, Religious
  • An understanding of the full project lifecycle, from programming through construction
  • Experience in Revit, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organization, communication, and time‑management skills
