DC’s Financial Team Project Highlights

We’re over halfway through the calendar year and what an exciting year it’s been to date! Our financial studio has been fortunate to be part of many great projects, and we wanted to highlight some of them that, as of the summer of 2022, are all under construction or just finished.

Before we jump into the projects, our team’s focus on continuing to design People-first places that Improve People’s Worlds is always at the front of our minds when our clients come to us with new and unique projects. Our vision session that works to capture the goals, needs, and success factors – combined with our expertise and knowledge, leads to both an engaging and unique design for all of our projects. Let’s look at some of them now!

Abound Credit Union is putting the final touches on their new branch located in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

This branch provides many new areas that will not only help their members daily financial needs, but also provide financial literacy and wellness classes in the branch for their members.

First Federal Bank Van Wert Teller Pods

First Federal Bank recently completed construction for a new addition and interior renovation as they expand and continue to grow in the Van Wert Community.

This new location provides many new private offices, as well as expanded workspace for their employees that will help better serve their customers.

Fort Financial currently has two projects under construction with a third one starting very soon in the Fort Wayne area.

With their new branding, promise to better deliver services to their members, and continued growth, it was time to add some new branches to their network, as well as a new home for employees.

Paragon Bank in Mississippi will be breaking ground shortly on its new branch in the Oxford, Mississippi area.

This new branch serves as the model for future branches and looks to set a precedent for how the public experiences their brand and belief in banking. It includes universal bankers and spaces dedicated for the community’s use.

ORNL Federal Credit Union currently has two branch renovations under construction outside of Oak Ridge, TN, with a third new branch starting construction soon.

The branch renovations continue to update their legacy branches to provide elevated member experiences that also serve to provide better customer engagement and financial services for their membership. New teller lines and remote drive thru’s with ITMs provide ease of access for daily financial transactions.

We’re excited to see these projects come to life and can’t wait to see them open for their communities. Stay tuned for future case studies on these exciting projects!
