With 325 beds, this building houses many types of rooms to serve and meet the needs of each person.
Spaces include an expanded kitchen with room for vocational training, a large dining room, a community resource center with a computer lab, green space for reflection and relaxation, social spaces for building relationships, and a chapel space. The new four-story building will give the Rescue Mission the ability to bring in local agencies for educational, health, social, and job skills services. By ministering to people “as they are, where they are,” the Rescue Mission hopes to expose more men and women to the possibility of real change.
