Women’s Fund of Greater Fort Wayne Names Design Collaborative a Workplace Partner

The Women’s Fund of Greater Fort Wayne recognizes Design Collaborative among the workplaces in Fort Wayne that meet or exceed national metrics for supporting women in the workplace, as measured by the Fund’s annual Compass Survey. The survey of local employers examines leadership opportunities, compensation, benefits and policies available to women in the area workforce and employers’ equitable hiring practices. Design Collaborative was named a bronze level Workplace Partner for 2025 for its efforts in supporting female employees. |
