Ron Dick, AIA, LEED AP, a founding partner and Senior Architect at Design Collaborative, has been named a recipient of the 2025 Outstanding Alumni Award by the College of Architecture and Planning (CAP) at Ball State University. This prestigious award recognizes graduates of the Estopinal CAP program with 36 or more years of experience who have made significant contributions to their industry and community. With over three decades of experience in the architecture industry, Ron has consistently delivered innovative solutions and advanced projects while fostering strong collaboration between clients and stakeholders. His leadership has been a key factor in the success and growth of Design Collaborative, helping the firm expand from a team of three to nearly 100 employees since its founding in 1992. “I’m both honored and humbled to receive this award,” Ron said. “This recognition is a testament to the incredible teams I’ve had the privilege to work with over the years. I’m grateful to Ball State for providing me with the foundation that has guided my career, and I’m proud of what Design Collaborative has accomplished as a firm.” |
