The Building Contractors Association (BCA) of Northeast Indiana held their banquet for the 2023 Excellence in Construction Awards, and the PPG Electric Works Clinic was chosen as the winning project in the $1M-$5M construction category. What makes this project so unique? Let’s take a look!

The new PPG clinic at Electric Works is designed to offer services for people living and working in the community, with an enhanced care model. Enhanced primary care is patient-centered and puts an emphasis on preventative health services and chronic disease management. Mental health is also a part of patients’ care plans, which is becoming increasingly significant. Along with a Family Medicine office and walk-in clinic, there is an onsite lab and pharmacy services available.

The Electric Works campus is intended to have a transformational impact on the community and the region, and the new PPG clinic is specifically placed to provide care to a medically underserved area of Fort Wayne. Now fully operational and serving patients, the PPG clinic at Electric works is a project well deserving of the BCA Excellence in Construction Award it received! |
