As we wrap up 2025 and prepare for our annual Bonanza and all-staff meeting, I’ve been reflecting on the partnerships, relationships, and communities we’ve been fortunate to be part of this year.

At the heart of every project we touch is a shared belief that design can improve people’s worlds—and that belief only comes to life because of the people who trust us, work with us, and inspire us.

To our clients and partners – an incredible thank you.

You’ve welcomed us into your organizations and trusted us with places that matter deeply to you. You’ve shared your goals, your challenges, and your dreams—and you’ve inspired us to help bring those dreams to life. Whether we’re designing for learning, healing, working, playing, or growing, your commitment to the people in your communities motivates us to bring our very best every day. Thank you for that trust.

To the communities we serve – we’re grateful to be part of your story.

We’re honored to design buildings and spaces that help your communities grow and thrive—places that strengthen connection, elevate experiences, and create environments where people can truly live, work, and play. Thank you for allowing us to contribute in ways that we hope make a lasting, positive impact.

And to our team at DC – thank you.

None of this is possible without your passion, talent, and commitment to making every opportunity the best it can be. The collaboration, the care you bring to our clients, and the way you lean into challenges is what makes our mission real. And I’m grateful we found plenty of time to have a little fun along the way too.
