As we wrap up 2025 and prepare for our annual Bonanza and all-staff meeting, I’ve been reflecting on the partnerships, relationships, and communities we’ve been fortunate to be part of this year.

At the heart of every project we touch is a shared belief that design can improve people’s worlds—and that belief only comes to life because of the people who trust us, work with us, and inspire us.
