Prospective residents can apply in groups of eight, fostering a community-based living experience on campus, with higher-quality housing.Each apartment houses four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The townhomes are equipped with built-in closets and a full kitchen. To further enhance convenience, laundry facilities are readily available in each building. Select units house a universally designed apartment, fully accessible, including all public spaces such as the living and kitchen located on the ground level, to be inclusive and provide an experience that is equal and people-first. The exterior design uses residential-style material to provide the feeling of home and comfort that Taylor is known for. Outdoor porches break down the scale of the three-story structures and provide a warm entry for students. |
