A beautiful ceiling feature is found in the lobby, hallway, and conference room.

The undulating wooden feature mirrors the movement of the river outside. The corporate suite faces the river, serving as a natural backdrop.

Pioneer’s brand is visible throughout the 14,152 SF space.

Passersby see a branded feature wall through the windows. Day and night, this functions as a billboard for the credit union. A custom exterior lighting feature serves as a brand tower, color-changing between the brand’s colors. Integral, architectural sun louvres enhance the building’s interior efficiency.
