HospitalThe heart of this expansion is the development of on-call facilities for graduate students.
Housed in a renovated lower level area of the hospital, Parkview’s on-call rooms provide students with a comfortable space equipped with a bed, nightstand, chair, working space, restroom, and lockers.Recognizing the need for more on-call rooms and support spaces, this project aimed to further elevate the experience for students. GME services was expanded into a vacant space adjacent to the existing on-call area, where six new on-call rooms were added. This enhancement provided more rooms while also taking into account additional facilities for students’ comfort and convenience. Included in the new design is a kitchenette, a lounge area, a larger workspace, and a second shower. |
