ORNL Federal Credit Union – West Branch

The ORNL Federal Credit Union West Branch was a complete branch transformation that included a full interior renovation, exterior renovation, and the addition of remote ITMs. The interior was reconfigured to allow for a more cohesive member experience as well as the addition of new meeting rooms and spaces to handle members’ needs. The remote ITMs have been relocated to the front of the site for better visibility of members traveling by the branch.
