Interactive Teller Machine, Teller Pod, Branch, Branch Transformation, Credit Union, Community EngagementThe interiors were updated with the ORNL brand, and the main entrance was moved around a corner of the building to also expedite transaction flow.
The drive-thru in the back of the branch was removed, and Interactive Teller Machines were added out front to provide a better traffic flow and better visibility from the main highway.The interiors were updated with the ORNL brand, and the main entrance was moved around a corner of the building to also expedite transaction flow. Teller pods are straight through the main doors for efficiency. A patio was added in the back of the branch for staff to enjoy some fresh air and down time outside. |
