Katz, Sapper & Miller
Fort Wayne, IN
Katz, Sapper & Miller relocated to and renovated the sixth floor of 202 Metro in downtown Fort Wayne. The firm occupies the first fit-out space in the renovated building. KSM wanted a clean, contemporary space using various textures and wood finishes to create a warm environment. The atmosphere is intentionally open, giving employees a comfortable, welcoming space to use during potentially long business hours. A communal kitchen space was designed with shared employee meals in mind. During the day, natural light fills the space through the windows that provide a beautiful view of downtown for employees and visitors. Custom light fixtures add to the personality of the space. A balcony allows employees to take a break with fresh air and listen to the sounds of the city.
