As with most of the construction industry, Ironworkers Local 147 was in need for additional skilled tradesmen and women.

The JATC needed to grow the apprenticeship program and they needed to do it quickly.

The existing hall and training facility were outdated and undersized for the growing programs. The goal of this project was to provide a state of the art training facility and first class hall that members could be proud to call home. Additionally, we wanted the building to become a billboard for the union to help celebrate their work to the surrounding community.
