The total experience doesn’t just include the aesthetic measures of a space, but it includes the functional aspects including privacy, acoustics, access to food, cleanliness, comfortability, ease of access, safety, and more in order to support and enhance the quality of care measures being delivered.Facilities and infrastructure aren’t as seen, but they are felt, and are uniquely important because of their impact on both the experience- and quality-of care abilities. |
