Design Collaborative, with Comprehensive Facilities Planning and Van Yahres Associates Campus Planners, created a Master Plan for Indiana Wesleyan University’s main campus in Marion, Indiana.

The Master Plan was focused on the physical layout of the built environment.
Spaces include (buildings, roads, parking, walks, outdoor spaces, utilities), efficient use of existing space as resources for academic and campus-experience development, a distinct architectural character, and—most importantly—Indiana Wesleyan University’s mission and values.
The Master Plan was undertaken in response to growing enrollment demands and the necessity to provide for continued future growth. Design Collaborative was also subsequently involved in a large number of the proposed building projects based on the performance, quality, and responsiveness demonstrated through this Master Plan.
