Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing Design, Lighting Design,This 124 bed, 4 story new residence hall will house student rooms, community hubs, and an outdoor hangout space.

It began with a feasibility study, and programming exercise, to work with the University to determine the size and type of housing that is needed, and advanced into the full design of the building, to integrate with the existing campus, and student housing, as well as the campus master plan. The design of this new residence hall was inspired by the existing campus and the masterplan. Incorporating university colors and other building elements ties the building in with campus, while making the building unique. |
