First Merchants Bank – Fort Wayne Center

As First Merchants Bank entered the Fort Wayne market, it needed a new office space to support operations in Fort Wayne. In the heart of Downtown, First Merchants chose a 17,000 SF fit-out space in a building previously designed by Design Collaborative that allowed bank staff great access to the community and a great workplace for their employees.

The new space included offices and open workspaces, conference and small training rooms, as well as a community hub for employees to interact with one another. Integrated into the design was important employee workflows to improve communication and encourage internal collaboration within teams.
