Centlivre Apartments

Centlivre Apartments is a renovation project of four deteriorating apartment buildings constructed in the 1960s. The campus houses 240 units, including studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. Updated facades give the campus a modern look. Each unit features a patio or balcony that is shared with its neighbor. A new clubhouse houses the leasing office, community spaces, a workout room, convenience store, and an outdoor pool.
