Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing Design, Lighting Design,The office renovation was designed to accommodate on-site staff as well as hotel space for employees that work remotely and are only in the office part-time.
The office also functions as a testing lab to inspire their clients, and a platform for their many services.The cafe is the heart of their office. Located in the center, it accommodates staff break time, lunch hours, and impromptu client meetings. Colors in the finishes, furniture, and graphic installations are inspired by the CBRE |Sturges brand, and coordinated to represent their services. Multiple materials, including wood and pops of colors in the furniture, bring energy and lightness to the space. |
