Alliance Catholic Credit Union

As Alliance Catholic Credit Union was looking to expand its branch network into southwest Detroit, a unique opportunity for a new branch in a historic building (originally built for Detroit Savings Bank in 1849) was presented to the design team.
The new branch, of just over 2,600 square feet, offered many unique challenges of a historic building and meeting the needs of today’s banking requirements. In the end two new teller pods, multiple offices, and an education center were designed to help serve this new community.
