Business People Magazine recently published Design Collaborative‘s article, “WELL Building Standard, Well Employees” in the September issue. The article focuses on the WELL Building Standard, a system that uses a points-based certification system to determine a building’s capacity for promoting health in its inhabitants. “Businesses want to underline the fact that they find these things are important. It’s the certification they can get that says, ‘The health and safety of the people in our office is important, so we are implementing these number of things,’” emphasizes Arthur. “I think employers have realized investing in their workforce has a high payback.
