After the loss of his wife, Joni, to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, Ron built a new home filled with her artistic influences. Professionally, he remains engaged at Design Collaborative. Originally planning to keep the company a small, manageable size, they have grown to employ 80 people and take on design projects across the Fort Wayne community and the Midwest. Despite his loss, Ron remains forward-looking, with travel plans and more time for hobbies on the horizon.
