Bob Sanderson Writes Article for IIBEC about Unusual Building Enclosure Conditions

Bob Sanderson, DC’s Registered Roofing and Building Envelope Consultant, was recently published in International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC)’s Interface magazine. His article, Construction Administration Tools Address Unusual Building Enclosure Conditions, talks about construction tools that can help overcome the challenges of atypical building enclosure conditions. “In the design development and construction documentation phase for a new building, architects and engineers typically have limited time to detail every condition necessary to properly communicate design intent, material usage, and the interaction of materials for the building enclosure’s exterior walls and roof assemblies.”
