Before 2004, IPFW had no on-campus housing for its growing student body. Over a span of six years—and three different, phased projects—DC created a new student housing development for IPFW that offered over 1,200 beds and totaled 520,100 SF.
The new student housing development is made of three-story housing units comprised of one, two, and four-bedroom apartments, offering a variety of options for students. The development also features shared outdoor amenity space and large indoor gathering spaces to promote community and connection on campus.
