“The Pearl” Mixed-use Development Coming to Downtown Fort Wayne

Over the past several years, the City of Fort Wayne has seen some incredible developments that have brought a new life into the city, including Promenade Park, The Landing, and Parkview Field. With our main office located downtown Fort Wayne, as well as many DC team members, getting to be a part of some of these downtown developments is incredibly special to Design Collaborative. Working alongside Surack Enterprises, Weigand Construction, R.E. Dimond, and Engineering Resources, Inc., Design Collaborative is thrilled to announce the upcoming building of a new apartment complex and retail space – The Pearl, west of the Bradley Hotel on Main Street downtown Fort Wayne.
