Since 1996, Design Collaborative has performed Master Planning services for the University of Saint Francis, a Catholic institution located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

These plans have included a wide variety of spaces and programs as the campus and enrollment has continued to grow.
The Master Plan for the 75-acre campus, and the 10-year building plan, includes pedestrian pathways, new classroom and student facilities, new campus building configurations, prioritization schedules, and deferred maintenance projects.
Recent developments include a satellite campus located in Downtown Fort Wayne, centered around the Performing Arts Center created through the renovation of an existing, historically significant auditorium hall.
