With a goal to expand its reach and improve its service to the community, Pioneer Federal Credit Union revamped its Morgantown, West Virginia branch to maintain the brand’s signature characteristics while introducing a fresh, modern appeal.

The design prioritizes a tech-forward approach, incorporating a large TV wall viewable from the street that displays marketing and brand materials.The building design carries over certain elements like the stone from the original corporate headquarters and introduces new features like corrugated metal siding for a more industrial look and a wood-look metal siding for added warmth. The structure also features a unique teller pod design, offering a new way for members to interact with credit union services. Additionally, a tailored graphics package integrates local history and branding elements, giving the branch a strong connection to the community it serves. |

To keep the building footprint down while highlighting the video wall, lobby space was designed to be open with employee spaces tucked behind the lobby to give privacy when preferred.In addition to the personalized interior, members also have access to a drive-thru night deposit, ATM and pneumatic tube system. |
