Lincoln Financial Group
Greensboro, North Carolina
Preserving the historic character of the building that was constructed in 1923, while maintaining a modern and professional office environment was key to the success of the design.
Home to Lincoln Financial, this project is a major renovation of the historic Jefferson Standard Building. Renovations were designed to allow for application for historic tax credits. The project involved extensive HVAC system replacement and delicate rehabilitation of historic features and FF&E, such as Guastavino tile, marble steps, and hand-cut mosaic tile in the Otis elevator lobbies.
