Design Collaborative and Comprehensive Facilities Planning provided programming and a space needs analysis for Concordia University, a small, Lutheran academic institution in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The result is a long-term facilities plan that will coordinate campus development to match academic strategies and enrollment growth.
Situated along the north bank of the Huron River, the plan was carefully crafted to maximize a beautiful natural setting, and to incorporate water in a variety of ways, deepening the contextual connection and identity of the school as an Ann Arbor institution.
