The new facility is located on the corner of a high traffic part of town; the position of the building allows for high visibility from both streets and has easy access points for members.

With the goal of becoming a go-to financial resource in their region, Abound Credit Union included teller pods in the building design to increase openness, security, and efficiency.

The new location houses a welcome desk, private offices, conference/flex space, drive-thru service, and employee amenities. Each of these spaces provides new opportunities for positive member experience, while maintaining consistency with their current brand identity.
