What's Down in Downtown Fort Wayne

Downtown Fort Wayne continues to make improvements and grow our beautiful city. The development of the Landing has already brought music, food, laughter, and a sense of community to downtown Fort Wayne. Long-forgotten history has been restored, and new businesses are breathing life back into many of the historic buildings in the area.

Columbia Street West is one of the upcoming developments in the Landing area, with a new structure to replace a few parking spaces and glass seating area of the previous space. Design Collaborative is in the process of designing this new structure, which will stand three stories tall and include apartment space, potential retail space, and a front porch area for tenants.

The DC team working on this project is excited to be a part of improving downtown Fort Wayne, the very community that they live and work in. Every individual on the team has a unique view on these projects because they are designing for a city that is close to their hearts and part of their lives.
